Alex Griffen
Sales engineering and technical enablement leader. Six-time Ironman and triathlon coach. I build the function that didn’t exist yet — then I go ride my bike.
The short version
I’ve spent my career climbing the technical ladder — from frontline support to solutions engineering to building enablement functions from scratch. Practitioner first: I’d rather show the work than polish the pitch. The same goes for everything outside of work, where the rule is substance over optics and science over vibes.
Build the thing that isn’t there
I keep walking into rooms where the enablement or sales-engineering function doesn’t exist yet, and building it. That from-scratch muscle is the real story.
